Inner Awakening is one of the latest in my series of Italian Alabaster bears. He is a warm, white polar bear with characterstic long neck and "snowshoe" feet. Others in this series are Inner Strength, and Continuance.

Inner Awakening was on display at the Olin Gallery at Roanoke College March 16 - April 12, 2007.
It is part of the Painting the Town Red exhibit at 202 Market for the month of October, 2007.
